So I know that you can use strings to display stats and gold and such via text boxes, but I'm just wondering if there could possibly be a way to do it without text boxes? This is because, in short, I want the information displayed on the screen like a picture, and not go away if the player hits enter like a normal text box would. I'm just looking for an alternative to making a billion conditional branches and pictures to display what I want.

Okay, sorry if got your idea wrong, but if you want a customizable display hud for your project I'll recommend you mog hunter's hud plugins, there multiple of them including a gold hud, and an actor hud, here you got the video:

Hope this helps you :)

Ah! My bad! While that is kind of what I was getting at, it's not what I was originally going for. Though that's my fault for rushing the post.
Being more specific, I need this for menus, basically. I dont need it for a HUD sort of thing, as I don't want it always displaying. (Also, I'm not sure if I could move the HUD around and edit it to how I want, but I only really looked at the plugin and didnt really look too deep, so I might've over looked that.) I'd need more than just health, mp, tp, and gold stats to put on multiple different menus with different layouts. This is why I'd prefer to just use eventing or find a plugin already made for this to make it easier on myself instead of hard coding it.
Sorry for the confusion! It's my fault for not explaining well! Though, I do really like how that plugin looks, so thanks for informing me of it!

I'd make a joke about the post office, but I'm afraid you won't get it.
I've been on a really good streak lately of working on my game for at least a little bit each day. Even if I only complete one small task, it is still a much better pace than what I was maintaining previously!
I haven't worked on my game for a couple of weeks. Decided to get some things done this evening and found that my characters won't hop over to their targets to attack (Battlecore) but only when using a weapon that is a type with IDs 3 and anything above 6 in the database. Wasn't doing this before my break. Yeah, I'm done game devving. I won't allow another hobby to waste my precious time like this.
Always a good feeling when someone turns your design into an actual sprite and it looks like how it was intended :)
