Question or permission about Celianna's tilesets

I hope this is the right place to post this.

I've heard Celianna mentioned that she doesn't do requests anymore, but, there are tiles I wish I can use them for RPG Maker MV, such as: Fantastic Building the modern tiles. It's says it can be used for every RPG Maker but I'm not sure if it can be used for MV.

Can I ask permission to resize her tiles if she won't resize them?

I'm apologise if I was rude and not supposed to post this.

If you purchased them in the shop, then you can use them in any Degica-Maker that you also purchased - but you have to resize or reformat everything on your own, and a 150% resize can only be done with a quality loss.

no you can't.
The person who does the resizing needs to own a licence to the images. It's the same as team working, and you should have mentioned that in your original topic, then I would have answered it above.

so you either need to find an artist who already purchased the pack, or you need to purchase it for the artist (rather give the artist the money to purchase them)

Another option is to use Shaz’s plugin which allows for using different sized tiles to be used in MV.
