Question Regarding - Closet Ace's Resources

I did not know where else to ask, so I hope this isn't an unreasonable question.

I have a ton of Closet Ace's Battlers, and character sprites, but am unsure of the terms and conditions under which they can be used. I've tried translating parts of the web page... But I'm at a loss.

There is a topic on this forum where people have collected translated ToS for dozens of japanese and other websites. Sorry, I don't have the link ready - but have you looked there if this websites terms were already translated? If not that is the place where to ask for such a translation.
