    Hey all,

I am working on my first project and quickly encountered the apparently well known misalignment of beds and other furniture especially to walls behind them.
While I was able to find the theoretical solution of manually moving these pices up against the wall, I didn't find a guide how to actually do it.

So do I need to export the finished map as a picture and then move the desired pieces manually and then reimport the picture is the map?

Or is there (what I would prefer) a way to adjust the placements of e.g. beds directly in the tilesets?

    Thanks in advance!

    What program are you using?

If you're using MV, you can try Yanfly's Gridfree Doodads. It's not quite as easy to just drop something on your map but you won't have to export the image and make it a parallax. There is also an add on for it which allows for things like color changing and animated doodads/objects.

You can edit the tileset itself directly with any software that has transformation tool. Some examples for free softwares that can do this: Gimp, FireAlpaca, etc...
But you might need to readjust the whole tileset or create new tileset for bed alone, so they dont overlap with other objects.
If you need it, I could create a quick tutorial on how to do this

Yes, but I wanted to clarify that as some people do accidentally post in the wrong board from time to time as well as try other programs.

    Good luck!
It's fairly easy to use but don't hesitate to ask questions if you have any.
