I've seen a lot of tutorials and scripts explaining that parallex maps is simply multiple layers on the same map. And when I look at the options for Parallex Background on Ace it's limited to a looped background of something like a starry sky. So what I'm trying to do is use an image to serve as a background, like the one I attached

While I was able to use it the character spawns properly on the map but the image is off. For example if I have the character spawned on the lower right side the image is on the upper left. This is because of how slowly the parallex maps scroll. Is there a way to fix this? Or perhaps i'm overthinking things. Thanks in advance

In ace, you need a script to disable the parallax movement.
This could be a simple script like the one linked above or one of the more advanced scripts for overlay mapping (gives multiple layers instead of only the parallax), there are half a dozen available and linked on the master script list.

Don't forget, aspiring writers: Personality isn't what your characters do, it is WHY they do it.
Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
