I repeat. User groups. Not a whom.
A moderator is a user group with mop privileges. Members can belong to multiple groups. Such as "registered". Or "early adopter" was, as I recall, a preregistered user that didn't need to meet posting requirements. That was when the forum was brand new and still "official".
TouchFuzzy once talked about creating user groups to bypass the queues. All queues, or individual queues.

early adopter was a thing from the very first iteration of this forum over 10 years ago. They did not skip moderation queues - it was just a status. Back on that version of the forum, we could set up certain members to skip moderation, but that was for the Script/Plugin Releases forum. We are using completely different forum software now and we don't have that set up anymore.

We do not have user groups on this version of the forum for the purpose you describe.

I repeat. NOBODY skips moderation queues. No users. No groups. Even if Touchfuzzy or Archeia posted in the recruitment or project forums, their threads would need to be approved. You can't get much higher than that.

Are we done here, considering the OP's question was answered ages ago? Or are there more dead horses you want to beat?

Mate, explaining to you that the forums factually do not work the way you seem to think they do is not invalidating your perspective. Your perspective is *flat-out incorrect*, and Shaz is clearing up the misconceptions you seem to have about how it operates.

You're not sharing experiences right now, you're saying things that are demonstrably untrue. What are you even talking about with the thing about separate boards and gated commoners?

I ask you this with the utmost sincerity, coyotecraft: why do you stay here? Everything I see from you indicates that you hate it here. I've never seen you speak positively of any aspect of the forum experience, so it boggles my mind that you haven't just cut your losses and left. If I disliked something with the intensity you display, I would just remove it from my life. It's not healthy to keep such negative things so close.
