Random Abilities

Hello!

I would like some help with this skill! I don't know what I am doing wrong.

I want the skill to call a common event, flick a trigger....then as a result cause a wild surge to happen. 

But what happens is...it surges the first time...but when I use the ability again it doesn't happen.

What am I doing wrong? haha

Any advice will help out, I will be using abilities like this over and over!  Thanks!

Figured it out it was set to 'battle' as the duration for the event only allowing it to run once a battle.

This is resolved!
