We've all probably seen Rare Candy in Pokemon, that oh-so-special item that helped us level our Mons up. (If you haven't played Pokemon, I heartily suggest you play it.)
Similarly, I wish to have a Rare Candy-esque item in a game, however, I can't simply make a simple common event where the user of the item gains the level, and I can't make the item an event due to characters joining as the game progresses (Plus, having them hidden or rewards from powerful boss enemies that you encounter only once).
Like the eponymous Rare Candy, it must level the character that uses it up by one level.
I thank anyone in advance who makes a script for this, and if it turns out it cannot be done, then I can simply drop the idea from my game.
