Hello! i'd like to ask something, how can you make a boss battle similiar to this in RPG Maker MV?

It's been really bugging me and i think that this'll be useful for my horror game project!

Game Mechanics Design is for looking at aspects of game play at a more conceptual level. "How do I...?" (implementation) questions belong in the Support forum for the engine you are using.

It would be helpful if you could give a time to indicate whereabouts in that video is the encounter that you want to mimic for your boss. There are lots of different encounters there, with different tactics, and it is unlikely that many people will either sit through the whole 15 minutes, or try to guess which encounter you are referring to.

similiar to what?
you should describe in text what kind of real-time battle you want, for a lot of reasons:
1) a lot of the people here (including several of the better scripters) often read the forum though a mobile - they will not watch videos
2) usually someone doesn't want a 1:1 copy of something else, he gives a video because one part of the video describes what he likes.
And without description no one can know what part you like and what not - there have been cases where someone wrote a script according to a video and that script (and the many hours of work writing it) was useless because the scripter thought it was about part A while the requester wanted part B.

omg sorry, i thought that it'll automatically go on to the encounter where i thought i set it on in youtube's share button, basically 1:02 like moving robot.
i just cant understand how creator made that fight, robot arms(??) landing on the previous location of the player.
also how he made robot move in the background to the main character.

That all looks like some extremely heavy eventing. Making an event go where the player was is pretty straightforward. Having the creature move in the background is also probably evented based on where the player is. Tying everything together into one larger sequence is definitely more challenging.

For MV there are a few move-route plugins, and when you combine those with event triggers that will halt the pursuit and then trigger the animation, you'd get something close to the end result.
