There are so many beautiful animal sprites out there for use, but one thing really, really grates on me: the limitation to one tile. People try to squish super-deformed chibi horses into one tile, and they end up looking like midget ponies. I'm currently working with MV, so I'm working with 48x48 tiles, and I was thinking approximately three feet/one meter per tile. People would be between 1.5 and 2 tiles high and one wide, a horse would be like 2.5 high by 3 long, an elephant would be 3-4 x 3-4, and a dragon 5 x 5 or more. Is there a desire for this in the community, because this is something I would really like. I'm still working out the details on eventing to have them take up so many blocks, but....seriously. Things should be proportional.

Since I'm being vague: I would like as many standard European mammals/birds/reptiles of a size of one 48x48 pixel tile per square meter, as possible.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:
Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
