Really odd grapical glitch in MZ

I just started up RPG Maker MZ (Version 1.4.3) and see, well, the pictures explain it better than I can. Is anyone else having this problem? The menus and stuff are still functional and it's not on any of my other programs, just RPG maker.

This probably isn't related to RPGmaker specifically, since it can happen in other programs too with nvidia glitch.
