I can recolor that for you, but I think that Darth Vollis is already on that.
That said, I here is how you can do it yourself - it's really easy and it helped me when I was starting out, so maybe it will help you ^^. Learning to do stuff like that is always helpful in the long run.
1. Get GIMP. It's free.
2. Load your picture, then just select the hair with the ''Color Select'' tool, cut out the parts on the face if it intersects using a simple tool like the square one. When you select a tool there are like 4 or so options - make current selection, add to current selection, etc. Look at the icons, it's kinda self-explanatory.
3. Then on top, Colors, Colorize while you keep our selection active, just pick a color there.
It's really easy to do and really helpful to know when making a game, it will just let you make sure that your sprites always match without having to ask someone every time
