RECRUITING (Commercial Game) HELP NEEDED

I am looking for people with skill for this game i am creating, i have the main idea of it already and i also have made many parts of the game but not enough. It is an open world sandbox type game, it is mostly like the game called "Stick RPG" (find it on xgenstudios http://www.xgenstudios.com/game.php?keyword=stickrpg)
I am looking for people who are motivated and interested in joining me as a member on this project. I do own a TeamSpeak 3 Server that we can use, I also got skype. If interested, add me on steam. (http://steamcommunity.com/id/kahoobb/)  I plan on doing my best to get this game published on steam and onto the play store for android. When you add me, we can make a deal about what you will get out of this. 


WARNING: I do not want to waste or disappoint anyone so i will say this now. I am not rich so i will not be able to pay anyone 10$ an hour or any kind of deal like that. I am leaning more towards percentages based off sales (if the game gets published) or whatever you want added into the credits like your name or youtube channel etc. (If you create art for games then i am willing to pay a one time fee for it depending on the prices.)


IMPORTANT:  I will go into more detail about the game and show you more stuff i have done with it once you add me and tell me what spot you are trying to fill. (I rather not give it all away on this forum post considering it obviously isn't even complete yet)



Open Slots for Recruitment
Coders -  People who know Javascript to make plugins and anything else that i might need later on.
Art Design - Character Artwork and map artwork. Good at Parallax mapping.
ADVANCED Eventor - An advanced eventor who will know how to make many (advanced) things without having to watch a tutorial.


Creativity - Someone who can give creative ideas on how to improve the game. (I feel like it is better to have more then one person putting their thoughts into a game, the more minds brainstorming the better.)
