Reducing MP and TP by a Set Amount?

So, two of the skills I want to incorporate in my game are supposed to fill up either the user's MP or TP, but then cause the same to decrease by 10 at the end of the next three turns. I have the skills set to fill up the respective stat, but how do I cause the static drop for the next three turns? Obviously it would be through a state, but how would I make it work? The only regeneration stats are percentage based, so that doesn't help much... :/


Any help would be appreciated, especially considering these should (hopefully) be the last things I'll be incapable of doing myself XD

Use Yanfly's Buff & States Core.  In the notebox of the state applied, add this:


<Custom Regenerate Effect>


user.gainMp(amount);


user.gainTp(amount);


</Custom Regenerate Effect>


This should regenerate a flat amount each turn.  Make sure the number is negative, though.
