Regonogize specific skills on the skillbar for interruptors

Hi I'm new at Rpg maker VX ace, and even newer on Falcao Pearl ABS liquid v3 and I don't know how to make the game recognize if a skill or weapon is on the Hotbar, so if anyone knows at least something about it I would appreciate it.

I'm currently using this script so I have a little knowledge, but it would help if you could clarify what you mean by make the game recognize?

You need to make sure you add any necessary tool notetags in the note box on the skill in the database. You also need to go into the skillbar menu and make sure to select a skill for the slots. When you do that, it should show the icon for that skill in the box on the skillbar. If none of that is what info you are looking for, please give more information.

what I mean with recognize is like this
I want to do a conditional that, if the player has fireball(for example) equipped on the slot 1 the conditional is accomplished

something like that

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
