Hello all! Before I introduce you to my project, id like to take the time to express the journey i've been on creating this game. This began as an interest starting two to three years ago. I played with it on and off throughout the years until I got tired of working the wheel of corporate. I changed the form of this game many times and decided to take a personal approach to it. I am satisfied with what I am creating and the vision I hold for the game. I wish invite you into a story of fantasy, horror, drama, and possibly, lessons.
Summary: Relapse the Neverland is a narrative driven horror game setting in 1940, England. You take the role of a young girl named Anna, who receives a strange letter from the orphanage she grew up in beckoning her back to the orphanage. The game will focus on exploration, story, and heavily on puzzles. There is a heavy theme on correcting past mistakes and repeating cycles. Everything you do matters. The true goal of the game is to reveal who wrote the letters and why.
Notable Characters
Anna: A 14 year old girl who lived through traumatic experiences in an orphanage. A top tier student at the local girl's school, previously living under the state's care. She received a letter one night convincing her to journey back to the now abandoned orphanage. Anna wishes to put the past to rest once and for all.
Maryla: Seen as the older sister to Anna, she protected Anna during their time at the orphanage as young kids, often taking the punishments on her behalf. Marlya was drawn back to the orphanage as well, with a strange letter.
Mr.Bensworth:
An old man that watches over the orphanage in it's current state,
Patricia: A young girl with ponytails. leader to the gang of orphanage kids. Their former leader is missing. Patty has a disturbingly amount of dislike towards Anna.
Jack: An older boy that lives at the orphanage under Bensworth's care. Jack refers to Anna by Annie.
"Mother"Jude Bensworth - Late wife of Mr.Bensworth, she has a long history with Anna and the former orphanage kids. She ran the former orphanage.

Gameplay:
- Enemies - Some patrol certain areas of the house. One specifically will follow you throughout the game. You can trick these enemies, hide from them, even get rid of them temporarily. The Enemies are part of the puzzle in the grand scheme of the game. They will remember what you do and learn from it.
- The Lute - Acquiring the lute and playing the correct songs on the lute will allow you to perform certain core mechanics in the game, one notable, is returning to the first hour at the orphanage. Allowing the player to create new solutions for puzzles or change outcomes. Every piece can and will shift accordingly.
- Puzzles - The game is very much puzzle based, The introduction of the Lute allows for more complex puzzles and reactions within the game. Time itself is a part of the puzzle.
- Choices - Choices will be very present, however, most choices can be amended with the use of the lute. The game will keep track of your use of the lute and it will alter your ending. Choices will also tie in with puzzles and how you solve them.
