Remove Battle UI for player defeat cutscene?

Hello, I've been searching for a way to transition into a cutscene that would play after the player is defeated by a specific enemy. Putting it together in the Troops tab under the condition of the Actor HP hitting 0% works, but the battle UI remains on screen whenever there isn't currently a text box being displayed. Is there a good way to transition the player from being knocked to 0 hitpoints by this enemy to the cutscene being played?
