RMMV Remove certain state from all enemies when a state expires

How can I accomplish this? And to make things clear, the state that would remove other states would be on one enemy. So the removal would target the enemy's partners. Thanks for your time!

Edit: Passive auras would not work because reasons specific to my project.

What happens when you try conditional branch on enemy troops events?

Also, being CLEAR means that you mention everything you done from tip to toe which includes how the STATE affects the game, be in battles or maps. You also have to mention the requirement it needs to be affected by those states, and add more details on how it suppose to work theatrically.
Ofc, if it has plugins, you not only have to mention what you used; but also how it scripted.

Hi regarding the 32 bit -> 64 bit
I am running on a 64 bit windows OS and tried doing this conversion. I converted all of the .exe files that I could find in the KADOKAWA\RPGMV folder using the 4gbpatch.exe file. However, after trying to access RPG Maker MV after this conversion, it simply will not load. Do you have any advice or any ideas?
