RMMZ Removing Skill and Equip Command Windows

So with the skills and equipment windows, I'm trying to skip the command (IE skill types and optimize/clear options) in the menus and go straight to the skill/equipment slots...
Don't know how to do it.

"this.createCommandWindow();" gets rid of them but I can't do anything since I assume the engine wants to run said non-existent menu. Wonder what I can do to bypass those menus.
