Rendering Larger Sprites

Hi, I've been a game maker for a while now just never with RM MV. As I dive into it I've been wanting to see what I can do and I haven't had luck finding a way to render sprites beyond the initial tile (ie. 1.5x - 2x tiles). Is there a plugin I am missing? I've found plugins for large sprite fixes and such just nothing regarding making the actually character larger.

Any help is appreciated.

There never was any size limit on any sprite from RMXP to RMMV - as long as the structure of the sprite (3x4 for MV) is correct, any sprite can be any size.

However, it will only be displayed fullsize in game, NOT in editor - because you need to be able to click on the tiles to the right and left and above the larger sprite to change their content. And all the "larger fix" scripts are only for dealing with the fact that the collision is still gridbased and the star property of tiles only works with default sprites correctly.

Other than that, you can make your sprite and use it without any problems in the game

Ahhh thanks, I was just missing the dollar sign and my image dimensions were slightly off. Thanks!

I should mention that the Star Passability plugin is bugged and hasn't quite been fixed yet. Shaz says she's working on it though, and that it shouldn't slow down the development of our games.

Yes, it's still bugged for large sprites. If the player is between two Star tiles, he will be hidden under both, instead of the player being above the tile with the lower y and below the tile with the high y.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
