Okay here's my problem. I'm trying to make an event that repeats itself again. This one is a little more complicated.
Okay as you can see by the pictures of the event with the dog:
I made a variable and such.
1.)
2.)
3.)
And then I make the Dog Trainer:
1.)
2.)
Now I made the Dog Trainer's Bro:
1.)
2.)
So if you look at what I did. I was trying to make the condition repeat itself. The Dog Trainer and his Bro took me a hour
but I figure those 2 out.
Now I put a switch in Dog Trainer's Bro as a requirement so it set's up Page 2 of the Dog Trainer. Now that should repeat itself
from page 2 no matter what.
I did the same on page 3 of the Dog Event and turned Self Switch A off on the dog event. And it supposedly only activates
when the Caught Dogs Switch is active.
Which in turn should make the pigs show up again. And I can do that mini game over and over again.
The problem is that the dogs don't come back.
So I have to assume that I did something wrong. It's likely something small. Or maybe I should be using common events for this which I know little about. I'll be looking at a tutorial on that soon.
Anyway, that's my problem. Any help would be gladly apreciated.
Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
