What I'm looking for: a plugin similar to, or compatible with Yanfly's Standard Turn Battle ( STB ) plugin. The STB system makes all actor actions happen instanteneously upon selection, but Yanfly's version still has turn order dictated by actor Agility levels.

What I want the plugin to do: when it's the player's turn, for the player to be able to select which actor to move, and then select an action for them - pressing cancel before selecting an action should return them to actor select. Once an action has been selected, that action is performed immediately, and then lets the player select the next character to move until all player characters have made a move. After that, all enemies will perform their turn.
I don't care in which order enemies perform their actions - either by their agility stat or in their placement order is fine, or make it an option in the plugin settings if it's an easy thing to make.
Optionally: add support for actors performing multiple actions per turn.

I do realise this is probably a difficult request, but I hope someone is able and willing to make this. If I left important details out, please let me know.

Why you do this? Now I have to buy the new RPG Maker xD
I've always dreaded planning for my games so I just didn't plan at all. That... didn't work out after all. :kaosigh:
Turns out it can be kind of fun if you keep the scope small and don't take it way too seriously.
well... for the first time in months... I feel like my game is headed towards something again. I finally have it where I won't be drawing battle assets for the rest of the year...
What I would give to actually get some feedback on my game...
