Hello, everyone. I've been trying to get several ideas underway, but a common problem I keep running into is my inability to create custom sprites within the RMXP (RPG Maker XP) engine. If individuals more knowledgeable than myself regarding this subject can help in any way, please get in touch with me.

I am looking to create:
Centaurs
Demi-humans
Monsters with humanoid physiology

Any advice you can give me would be appreciated.

It'd be easiest and match your existing resources best if you started with a human and edited it from there. Start with a centaur. They're just human torsos stuck to a horse neck so splicing the existing XP horse and XP sprite together isn't terribly difficult. Although, maybe you'll want to start with a larger horse sprite, the ones that come with each maker always seem to small.

Edit: I totally forgot how awesome XP is about included graphics. The horse's size is plenty big, maybe even too big.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
Yay, now back in action Happy Christmas time, coming back!

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such? No-one c
