[REQUEST/MV] Skill Sealing/Jamming Plugin

Hey there, another request from me that I hope can be made in the future one day I as I like to have something like this for one of my future RPG Projects.

My idea for this Plugin is called "Skill Seal". It works with this Ability Cancel power idea I have for one of my RPG ideas where the Protagonist has the ability to lock down their opponent's skills are seal them for a certain set amount of turns. Basically the scope can be either single or all enemies or everyone (including allies) and, for example, they can't use any of their skills for 2 turns and after the effect wears out they gain an additional status effect that prevents the same move from hitting them again for 3 turns. So hit them with Ability Cancel they can't use their skills for 2 turns (or how long you set it up for) and they gain another effect after the Skill Seal effect is gone that prevents Ability Cancel from working on them again for 3 turns (or longer or shorter by tweaking the number in the system).



This Skill Seal is both an Active and Passive Skill (will different versions of the same skill). Which this means that the Protagonist or whoever has this Passive Skill that prevents others from supporting them with their skills so any healing spells cast on them renders it useless on the Protagonist so the team gets it, but not that character including any buffs and debuffs. It's a double-edge sword power, so character skills don't work on him but natural remedies do so that character heavily relies on items.



I had the idea that this Skill Sealing as different versions of it where one it seals Attack and Support Skills only, another version that seals the effects of Passive Skills (like STR I which increases enemy strength by 5%) only, another which you can half all of their Physical stats like ATK and SPD only, and other that for Mental like INT and MDEF only. Endgame there's one that covers all.



This works with  Yanfly's Limit Point Plugin where you gain additional points from different enemies to use to power up your characters which I plan to use to unlock new active and passive skills and this Skill Seal has different tiers for it by using the LP to unlock them which you can gain stronger and better control over it. So unlocking higher tier gives you a new version of the Passive version that overwrites any drawbacks it has like effect the entire party (if you set it up like that from the beginning) or another Active version that covers another area to help in battle.



Well if the Plugin is a no-go I thought if doubling the buffs and debuffs and work with that to have one set immune to those status effect which everyone else is weak too, while the copy set is the work that works with the Skill Seal which comes from the Protagonist/Caster/Actor and works only on them and then find a way to seal prevent the enemies from using skills is my alternative if I can't get the Plugin idea to work. Also I'll pitch the idea on RPG Maker Web in case.



Went into a lot of details there, wanted to get the point across. Hopefully this Request is possible as the LP Plugin you the Yanfly uses is optional as it's Skill can improve by purchasing better versions of it, but the Heal Jammer video Yanfly posted earlier is sort of like what I had in mind which I had this idea for a few years now but wasn't sure how to get it right though the Plugins in that video should work... I think?



If it's not possible, it's alright. I'm glad you could hear me out and offer any advice if you do.


This one might be another challenging Plugin for MV to make, but I wouldn't mind getting help with making this as for the one RPG I want to make has this as part of the Core in both Story and Gameplay and I like to get it to work properly.
