Request: Yanfly's Common Event Menu Sample

I'm going to need a menu where the player can pick one of two options, and use Yanfly's Common Event Menu to do it. However, I haven't seen any decent examples on how this Script works, especially with the default setup of the choices, a picture of each, and some description on the bottom. Screencaps of the related Common Events would suffice.
