These are my two main characters. The one on the right has this nifty knocked-down pose (though I think this is actually supposed to be a sleeping pose, I think it looks good as a KOed pose too) that came in the DS+ pack. However the one on the left, my other main character, has no such pose. I'm requesting a sprite for the left character that is posed similar to the right character. Apparently I'm not allowed to post them publicly, so if you're interested in helping me out, PM me and I will send you the sprite sheet for the left character so you can make the edit. :)

Given the two photos, I put this together. :) But I should of asked for more views of your princess. Because the hair was a total shot in the dark, so I left it as is. And I also have no idea what color heels she might be sporting. :p Feel free to ask for any adjustments needed.

Enjoy.

EDIT: I hadn't really focused on the upright photos hair, but it's no doubt long from what I can tell. This should be much better.

EDIT: Headed out!

Not too busy. But I did take up and do that Gnome request. However I did edit in the image you wanted into your thread before I'd left for the hospital. But I realized something just yesterday.

Follow Me:

A slot in a standard sprite sheet is 32x32.

A standard VX Ace RTP style sprite sheet is 96x128.

A standard VX Ace RTP style sprite sheet import is 384x256.

I'll save you the trouble of doing the math. :p The import has to be equivalent to 8 sheets.

4 side by side, and 2 up and down. Which the program is actually pre programmed to use specifications of.

Which is exactly why you see sheets with 8 Character Sets. It must be adjustable somewhere no doubt though.

I'm sure you could likely create a sheet with a sprite set of 3x4 within 1/8th of the total layout and it would still

calculate and process it. I digress.

Without further ado,

I didn't even think about it, buta full sprite sheet could possibly be overkill for a downed pose. Either way, whatever workaround

or method that you find works, works. But maybe ask around in the scripting area if you'd like a more professional method. ^^

Thank you so much! I only requested it to be full like that because I'm not sure exactly what position the sideview script calls the sprite from.

Can you do me one more little favor though? Switch them around so that pink-hair is on the left and green-hair is on the right?

Actually, D4yz, that's not completely true. Yes, that is the way it is set up, but if you have an individual sprite sheet, you can put the $ at the beginning of the file name.  So those two could have been left as individual sheets, and the $ added to the beginning of the file name and it would work fine.

The $ would allow the program to run it as a simple 96x128 sheet? Really? And you're welcome Push. ^^

It takes whatever the dimensions of your sheet are and divides it into 12 sections - 3 across, 4 down.  For example, in the game I am working on, I have decided to use XP sized sprites, even though I am working in Ace.  So to use the sprites, I put a $ at the beginning and the sprite shows up just fine.

Back in action to develop the indie game that has been long overdue... Final Fallacy. A game that keeps on giving! The development never ends as the developer thinks to be the smart cookie by coming back and beginning by saying... "Oh bother, this indie game has been long overdue..." How could one resist such?
