Requesting info about a tileset used on tutorial.

So I've looking for Modern or futuristic World tilesets and I've unsuccessful for the most part.
Until I reached the Tutorial "How to (mis)Use World Map Tiles for Anything Other than World Maps" which have this one in particular.


What I want to know is the Terms of Service (for free or commercial) of said tileset and who should I credit for. Unfortunately, the tutorial does not include the credits for this one and the filename is just a string of numbers and letters. Reverse searching image lead to nothing but the same tutorial as well. I also searched for it on the Avery thread were she post her resources, but I do admit I have yet to check all 93 pages at the moment.

Also, if anyone know were to find Modern or Futuristic world tileset for MV or VX ACE I would be happy as well.

Unfortunately, when it doubt - don't use it.

That tileset is MZ's World_C, so you would need to own MZ to use it.

I have some futuristic/modern tilesets that are completely royalty free and some that require credits for edited images belonging to other artists. All are clearly noted if credits are required.
