Resizing

I remember a while back I saw a post about some website that resizes resources for RPGMaker. I would like to resize a VX tileset for MV. Could someone point me in the direction of that resizer?

That could have been waifu2x. If you want to use a software on your own PC, ImageResizer is pretty good, too.
