In my game, I would like to have a differents text sound for each characters (It's not many, I have few people) like the game "Illusion of Time/ Illusion of Gaia" but I have a hard time to find good ressources for it.
I think it would be better to create my ound sound but I don't know how to do it.

Can anyone can help me ?

You could use a program to make retro sound effect for computer games.
Bfxr standalone download ( WINDOWS | MAC )

Anyone who made sounds with bfxr are free to use them for any purposes, commercial or otherwise.

I use Blip/Select for text sound. If the sound isn't right, you could change the Synth or Randomize til you hear matches. (experiment with sliders)

Once you got a sound that you're going to use, "Export Wav" and Save somewhere you can find the sound file. (wav format)

However, RPG Maker MV uses both M4A and OGG audio file format. You might need Audacity to convert your sound to ogg file.

Audacity download page: https://www.fosshub.com/Audacity.html (scroll down til you see Window Installer and click save) Then install.

After you opened the wav file (text sound) with Audacity- this pops up. I go with the first option to move along.

How do you want to import the current file(s)?
    > Make a copy of the files before editing (safer)

First tab: File/ Fichier > Export > Export as OGG

Save ogg file. You can put the ogg file inside se folder of your project.
