Resource Cost Reduction

Hi guys am looking for a plugin/notetag/script? that can be used on Weapon or Armor to reduce the MP/TP Cost of Skills, i.e. Mana Armor - Effect:  Reduce all MP cost by 50%.

No script needed for the MP cost, just click on features, go to parameters, go to SP-Paramaters, and there is one to reduce MP cost. TP cost cannot be reduced, but you can increase the charge rate, which would have the same net effect (2x charge rate is same effect as 50% cost, ignoring the cap on TP).
