So I've been scouting around the net for resources for placeholders and otherwise, and stumbled upon a piece of art I really really like. But I have a problem, I don't know who made it and if I'm even allowed to use it. I'll post the resource here, but if it should be removed please tell me and I'll remove the picture. Also if it is free to use, is there more art from this creator, because its really cute. Also I apologize if this was the wrong place to post this, anyway this is the picture.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
