Resource request !

Hey everyone ! Hope you're all going well.

Ok, today's request is a bit special, and I've been looking in lots of sites (even JP resources sites, but anyway), what I'm looking for is a SV weapon sprite.

So, what I'm looking for is a SV Battler Hand-Fan sprite.

Do you guys know where I could find it ? If not, a good software to make one ? Paint. net isn't this useful for me, so I really don't know.

Unfortunately, not the correct section. MV Deployment is for when you're having trouble deploying your game.
