resource wont work inside the game

hi i really need some help...
(working with rpg maker mv)

i did it all by this video:

and i got my resources in the game BUT when i play the game the resources are invisible!
i still cant walk on the tiles i marked in X so the resource is there i just cant see him! pls help someone?

I just took something i found on the internet to try and add resource to the game. im not really goona use it but still i cant make it appears on the game (adding pictures)

This is what i got. Look nice and working like a normal resource

But when i run the game its like its invisible but i know its there cuz the X,0 and the star are working good... Any ideas why?

some more info about what i tryed till now:
1. i have no plugins
2. Tryed to change to all X and even another try with all 0. Still cant see nothing
3. I tryed it in a new map with nothing on but the house. Still wont show
4. tried to put the resources in D and E. still wont work
5. im still on the free trial... is it got to do any thing with this problem?

problem solved!
I tryed to compare my png to one of the resources that are already inside the game and i saw that my file wasnt in the right size!
i got back to photoshop with a new file in the right size and save again inside the game.
now everything work!
(this is what happens when u a newbie lol)
the right size is 768X768 if anyone have the same problem
