Resource Type: Characters, Battlers and Tiles

Maker Format: MV

Art Style: Chrono Trigger, Romancing Saga, Secret of Mana/Seiken Densetsu

Description: After chatting with people from OGA forums (they are very nice guys FYI) they advice me to came here and ask about this. I have plans to do something in MV, but don't like much the vanilla/RTP style (chibi), so i want to know if is there any resources (charsets/spritesheets and tilesets) with this said styles, the last time I've searched around i didn't find much resources of this kind.

Reference Images:

Seiken Densetsu 3

Secret of Mana

ROM SAGA 3

Secret of Evermore (good for reference for SteamPunk in this style)

Aside this games, one of the few resources I've found in that style was this one in OGA library. Its exactly in the style i want and i loved it too much.

PS.: Ah, and sorry my bad english, sometime my write sounds rude, but i don't have much articulation on this language. =/

The closest resources are for rpg maker 2003 or XP. Try to look there and then convert them.

In English:
What you're looking for is a style of art called sprite (or pixel) art (used at that time because it was what they could do), with characters mostly with a 2~3 "heads" of height (anyone can correct me if I'm wrong). As @Poryg said, using 2003 can work really nice (tip: If you buy it you can use its assets in any RPG Maker software - after resizing it). You may want to look for @Des 's Time Fantasy resources.

In Portuguese (em português):
Você está procurando um estilo de arte conhecido como sprite (ou pixel) art, com personagens tendo uma altura relativa de mais ou menos duas a três "cabeças" de tamanho. Como o Poryg disse, o 2003 deve ficar legal (dica: se comprar o 2003 você pode usar tudo dele em qualquer outro RPG Maker - só precisar ajustar o tamanho). Você também pode querer olhar o pacote Time Fantasy do Des.

Good luck! Boa sorte!

@Pine Towers and @vico Guys, I know you're just trying to be friendly, but please remember that you should only post in English, as this is an English language site. I have seen instances on another site where there was a 'translation' into another language, and actually the translation said something completely different that was not appropriate. If you need to use Portuguese to make something clear, you can do that by using a pm.

@Kes, acknowledge. Indeed, was only trying to be more clear, since sometimes my fellow compatriots does not have a good understanding of English (and sometimes I have problems too when writing), so was just cutting the man-in-the-middle. Never thought of mistranslating a message.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
