Ressource collecting gauge system plugin

Hey everyone !
I'm looking for a plugin or something that may already exists but I couldn't manage to find it - could be because I'm not using the right keywords (english isn't my first language) -
Anyway, I was wondering if it was possible, through a plugin for example, to create a "ressource collecting gauge system", that is to say to make a gauge appear while the player is collecting some ressources (mining, farming...), only to force him waiting at least 3 seconds to have the wanted ressource before resuming his journey !

You didn't find it because that are two parts that are rarely combined into one plugin.

What you need is a HUD Plugin that displays a variable as the gauge. There are several of those.

The resource gathering in the other hand is done purely by events that count up the variable - it would be a bad idea to try and handle that by Plugin.

Hey ! Thank you for answering quickly
I tried to use HUD Maker by SumRndmDe, but I didn't manage to :
1- Display the gauge only when a certain switch is activated, even by using the command "$gameSwitches.value(x) == true"
2- Have the gauge related with a certain time, and not with for example as it is set by default the actors' hp...
I'm not very familiar with plugins... , maybe you'll can help me (only is you already know/use this plugin, do not bother downloading it, I can also just give up this idea)

1.For the display command it should be just this:
"$gameSwitches.value(x);"

It evaluates the value of the switch x, if it's on, then it's true, if it's off then it's false.

2. When you say time what do you mean?
Are you trying to act like a timer? Where the gauge is full at x secs or minutes and then it slowly counts down to 0?

Yes, I think this is what I'm trying to do ! I just dunno how to use the HUD maker plugin...
I uploaded 2 pictures, I just need to know what I have to put inside the two window of the gauge manager, I think.

How are you doing the time?
Is it a variable, a timer, what excatly is it?

Them the current value would be the variable where you're counting up time and the max value would be the number the variable needs to have to be complete.
