restricting level

I have found a way to get vehicle battles however it meant having to make the vehicle as an actor which is fine because it also made it so I can upgrade the chassis and stuff similar to how I can upgrade a characters weapons and armor, but there's one small problem, I don't want my vehicles to level up (as they get exp as well), is there anything i can do to restrict the level to 1.

Set the vehicle actor's Experience Rate (Sp-Parameter) to 0%.
