So i recently back on a side project i started on my early noobishhood,

And i notice the game's windows are semi transparent, But not just the background but the frames as well.

When i started the project i thought it was cool and advanced, But now it's just annoys me.

I'm not using any scripts or addons on this one, So i probably changed something in the script editor, But i can't find it .-.

I remember something like 'Window_opacity = 255', or something like that, that i changed to 120 or 90

But i can't find it with ctr+shift+f.

I'm sure it's as simple, But i'm still not too familiar with anything besides events,

So please tell me where's that annoying line v.v

I knew there was something I came across before. Found it here:

http://www.alteredgamer.com/rpg-maker/50496-vx-introduction-to-scripts/

This is for VX, but should be the same in Ace, or very similar. Find the default script: Windows_Base. Look for:

self.back_opacity

Values range from 0 (completely transparent) to 255 (no transparency).

So....

self.back_opacity = 255

for example.

I looked everywhere, It's not there

I even reset that script but the windows is still transparent. I think(45% sure) it was in 'Scene_something'

Thank you for taking your time helping though

I'm pretty sure it's:

Window_Message, around line 194:

    self.opacity = @background == 0 ? 255 : 0

Of course, I'm not a scripter, so I could be way off.

I haven't used Ace much yet. I would have thought it'd be the same, but now I'm beginning to think not.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
