What I want to do is have the enemy's "Attacks" be a randomly-generated Rhythm Mini-game thing. The actual "Notes" are dictated by a variable in the Troop's notes named Difficulty. The Difficulty variable ranges from 0-100 and affects the eccentricity of the notes (What the chance of one note going faster than normal) as well as the normal speed of the notes.

If something like this exists, please let me know, or if you know how to make a Battle System plugin and are interested in making this, Feel free to. (Also, I added a concept pic of the attacks.)

IIRC there's a theathrythm plugin by moghunter. However it completely replaces the battle system, there's just the rythm game.

Or you can use my QTE plugin. With liberal use of yanfly's action sequences you can achieve what you want. Randomized note speed and changing note speed mid qte is not supported however. It also doesn't support multiple lines of music at once.
You can find the link in my signature.

I don't know of any other plugin that does this.

SUMRND has timed attacks and defense plugins but I don't think you can use them for a rythm game.

I'll test it out, as well as your QTE plugin. Multiple lines of music at once shouldn't be much of an issue.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
time for a new avatar :)
