So I'm running the steam version of Rm 2000 (or, RPG Maker 2000 Value! as they call it) and every time I try to run a battle test, it sends me an error: "File creation has temporarily failed. Battle test cannot be initiated." Battles work ingame, but the battle test refuses to work. Anyone know what's going on?

Just checked, and this happens for me, as well, so I'd assume it's likely a bug with the engine itself.

I'm afraid I don't have any idea how to actually fix it, but you can sort of work around it by putting an event that starts a battle with the enemy group you want to test fight in whatever debug room you may have set up, then testing it there. That's all I've got, I'm afraid.

EDIT: First of all I didn't realize this was posted a month and a half ago, oops. Second of all, if by some chance you haven't already, I'd bring this up in the Bug Reports thread, since that's almost certainly what it is.

Hey, so what species are your raptors? Any of these?

I have gathered enough feedback from a few selected people. But it is still available if you want to sign up https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/looking-for-testers-a-closed-tech-demo.130774/
