Greetings, hope you are doing great.

For a while I've been trying to change the sound effect that is used when enemies transform using the corresponding settings in the "Attack Patterns" section. Is it possible to set a custom sound effect for this? I haven't been able to find an option for this in the entire database. Thank you very much in advance.

Sorry if I'm not much help as I have never used RPG Maker 2003 before, but I'll try my best, have you tried looking at the built in guide (if it has one) or looking up ur problem online urself?

Well anyway after a bit of research I found this plugin.
Hope it helps ;)

That's not applicable, it's for DynRPG which doesn't work with the official version. On rpgmaker.net, the engines are separated into "RPG Tsukuru 2003" (unofficial old version) and "RPG Maker 2003" (official English version).

I've certainly dedicated a considerable amount of time trying to find a fix for my problem, but I haven't had any success either online or in the software's guide, so I'll continue searching.
On the other hand, although I was aware that the plugin was made for the unofficial version of RPG Maker 2003, I appreciate your help and contributions.

Actually - now that I think about it - what do you mean when you say "change" that SE? As far as I remember there isn't even any SE played for this action...

Hi, I've checked again and you're right, the SE played for that is the one set as the "Enemy Attack" SE. Apparently, the SE that played for this action was 'Attack 2' from the RTP, I didn't recognize it at first because, as far as I knew, my project doesn't use RTP.

Knowing this brings me closer to fixing my problem, some event commands somewhere should do the trick. I'll try to work with that in mind, thank you for the hint.

Heh, heh. I've been experimenting with a naughty word detector Common Event and using scripts to check certain strings. I never thought I would see such language in computer code. I would post a screen shot, but it probably wouldn't be appropriate, even with a Spoiler. But it certainly makes me laugh and it works great.
