RMMV briefly shows empty bitmap when using "Change Image" event command.

I'm sure you've all noticed this yourselves already:

if you use the "Change Image" event command, there's a 0.01 second without any picture. This is extremely frustrating when animating stuff. Does anyone have a fix for this? Like, why does this even happen?

The images are being loaded on-demand, so there's some delay before it gets loaded.


You will need to use a plugin that will instruct the game to pre-load all assets before using them, rather than loading them when they are needed.

It says it will preload absolutely everything: images, videos, audio, etc so there's supposed to be no lag once your game is loaded, or once your map is loaded.

Gonna see if there's a way to just preload certain files. I only need a couple of pics for cutscenes, etc. It's really jarring when someone makes a jump and the animation has a glitch......

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
