[RMMV] Data entry for enemies, do I manually pre-calculate stats like ATK, AGI and DEF?

Hello folks!

I've built my database in Excel, now I'm moving on to the very tedious phase of doing data entry in RMMV. I loathe data entry, so I'd prefer doing this phase properly and only once.

All of my weapons have a +ATK.

When adding my enemies to the database, do I need to manually calculate the end values or do I enter the base value of the enemy, add a weapon to the enemy and RMMV will calculate the total for me?

For instance:

Grunt (Base Stats) 20 HP, 10 ATK
Sword +10 ATK

When I setup the ATK for this grunt in RMMV database, do I type 10 or 20 ATK?

Thanks in advance :)

You can't even do this though.
Okay, good to know. I honestly thought the box on the right was to add equipment, I've just realized that it is for traits only.

So I guess this means I have to tally up the stats. That will make my job easier.

Thank you TheoAllen!

enemies can't have weapons, but if you're going with the careful planning approach, you can still mimic the effect by having them drop the item they're supposed to be holding, and assign them the stats they should have through the battler properties, same as the hero classes.

each "enemy" is basically a single example of their own "class"

on top of that, you can use the damage formula of each skill to compensate for differences in the attack, when originating from enemies.
make duplicate skills with different damage, and use one for enemies and one for actors.

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
Sadly I don't know how that would be possible so I would be needing help! If you can help me in any way I would really apreciate it!
