RMMV Does not open (Não abre)

I bought the RMMV today, I installed it and when I went to run it appeared the following message "RPG MAKER STOPPED" I do not know how to solve the problem, I heard about OPENGL but I could not do the procedure, nowhere was I explaining it very well.

@Gabriela_dbd This is an English language site, and only English can be used in posts and Status Updates. Obviously you can use whatever language you like in private messages. I have, therefore, removed your Portugeuse message, but left the original of the error message because it actually means "stopped running" [literally "stopped to run"]. For things like this it is always better to give a screen shot of the error message so that people can see it.
