Any good IDEs you recommend?


I've been living with Notepad++ which is good for syntax highlighting, but there's no such thing as auto-complete or highlighting errors, etc.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of JavaScript, at least to my knowledge, there isn't really very good autocomplete for the language. I personally use Sublime Text, though, and its autocomplete is alright, it just bases its entries on the current file, not open files, or files in the current project, which can sometimes be good, sometimes be bad.

Originally it was done manually, but the later versions were done with a program. I intended to release the program, but as the official scripts are available for download publicly and pre-split, I didn't do the code-cleanup I wanted to do and then release said program. The original post on this thread provides a link to where they announced the official scripts would be available, which has a link to the scripts on Github.

I couldn't find updated ones.
The only thing I found are a lot of files within 2 to 5 months updated and an only file updated 28 days ago. Also it seems to be a different code set than official, made for community.
In utils.js I found.

I suppose that I could look back at the splitting program and clean it up, but I've just begun a new job recently, so I'm not sure how much time I'll have to look at it soon. I can run it on the latest version in a few hours, though, to upload that.

EDIT: Let me revise that. It might be more than a few hours. I've got a bit of travelling to do today, and probably won't be able to do it until after then. Remind me in a day or two if I forget to get that done.

Edit: I've gone and added 1.5.0, but I didn't go through and verify everything is fine, as I haven't followed development for a few months and don't know what's changed. I'll try to rework the tool so that I'd be happy with releasing it.
