RMMV Trial version not opening for me.

hey, I am Blade new to the Rpg Maker universe...I will make a introduction later but now, I have a little problem with the trial version :/


ok so I downloaded the trial version to actually start using the program and learn how it works and such, and well, I can't even open it hehe...

• Are you using plugins? Did you disable them first? Does the bug still happen? Then report here.
  

I can't even open the program.

• Is your bug already reported by another person? Don't make a new topic. Reply to that thread instead if you have anything substantial to add.
  

I couldn't find anyone with thisp roblem, I searched the whole internet for a fix.

Basically, I get a error screen everytime I try to open the program, and I don't have any idea on how to fix it.

I just downloaded the latest trial version, downloaded the plugins the program asked and bang, this happened.

I couldn't even open the program.

MV support is for game development help, tech-support is for getting the editors to run.


That sounds as if either some of the files are damaged or something else went wrong with the installation.


Please try to redownload the trial, and/or reinstall it with admin rights, and whitelist it in your antivirus


Additionally, you might want to update your display driver (that is another possible problem, if your display driver is too old you'll often end with a white screen - RMMV needs a rather new version of the OpenGL library to work)


If that does not help, we'll need more info about your computer, like which windows you're using and so on - that error checklist you used above is for game errors in the engine, not for problems with launching the editor.

thank you for answering me and moving to the crrect section, I didn't know which section I should have put the thread in the 1st place :c


also I will give some specs of my computer:


Operating systeam: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bits


Processor:AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor (2cpus)


RAM: 4GB


and my driver is:


NVIDIA GeForce 7025/NVIDIA nForce 630a


I am not sure if this uotdated or not pelase tell me.


also I don't think it's the problem of the Trial but I will try download it again later.
