RMMZ Character Generated Enemies

How do I add a character I created using the character generator as an enemy to fight as a boss battle in MZ?

When you say "a bunch of clones...", do you mean it's showing the whole sprite sheet?

Share and image so we can guide you. But basically just generate an image with one character and save it in the \img\enemies folder. Use that image when creating you enemy in the database. Then if you only need one instace, make sure that you create a troop with only one instance of that enemy.

Adding a notetag to the enemy that references a SV_Actor to use is how the plugin functions.
Images in the img\enemies folder wont matter as it wont be displayed, but is there as general placement guide.

Enemies in MV/MZ have only a single sprite, not an entire spritesheet like the actors do. If you want the enemies to look & behave like the actors, with different poses and movements, then you will need an animated enemies plugin.

Please clarify what you want, so this can be moved to plugin requests if needed.

I meant for Front View style enemies. You are correct in that for Side View that won’t work in the sense that RPG Maker won’t animate the character unless you use a plugin.

Just finished and uploaded the delivery truck base/sprite sheet. I've been steadily replacing the default assets with early modern alternatives. The air-ship for a biplane, horse-drawn wagon for a delivery truck, and next a sailboat for a steam-powered passenger liner (think of the SS Olympic and RMS Titanic).
I caught a shiny magikarp on pokemonGO today AND finally saw Detective Pikachu and it was so cute and I'm still so hype AHHHHH!!!
one of the coolest things I've learned from the forums is the ability to give yourself a hitbox. I have a move you can do on the fields. shoulder tackle. thanks to the forums, that tackle triggers self A switches on some events. NPC's and the environment now react to the tackle. awesome.
