I tried about join there someday of the last year, and each time say something like "function not available" maybe is because i register before using my e-mail and i can not remember even my user-name, so i am kinda stuck with that.

Yes. All the music will be shared under Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 3.0 Unported License , so you are allowed to use it in non-commercial projects by crediting the artists.

Be sure to check out the event page from time to time as the challenges will present different settings and themes, so there will be various types of music up for grabs! You can also make theme suggestions for something specific from within the given ruleset.
