Hello everyone.
I'm having a sort-of issue with eventing for a specific event. I almost didn't know what to call this problem. Let's look at the photo below.

You see, I orchestrated an event where if the Character "Alex" has HP Level of 50% or lower, his party member, Matt, will take notice and advise him to reinforce his health and this goes the other way around too. The same goes for if "Alex" dies as well and the party members will take notice and voice their reaction. However, I put this in a Monster "Troop" event. Having to copy and paste this event page on every single troop monster page, making sure that for every battle that everyone knew that the main character was losing HP fast or was dying or has died, into every other single event page would be time consuming.
Is there a way to bypass or avoid this? If there is a way with Common Events or if there isn't, can you post detailed instructions? It would be greatly appreciated. As for the Common Events fiasco, I had experimented with this and custom switches but they failed horribly and the party members took no notice at all. (Took me a while to notice that it literally said "Common events are only valid in Map events, not battle."
Thanks in advance,
