RMVXA pre-order bonus resource, can I use it in my commercial games?

I have bought and owned RMVXA but I never have the pre-order bonus resources since I don't pre-order it. Yesterday my friend send me the pre-order bonus resources. I want to uses some of it in my commercial projects. Therefore, I have 2 questions I would like to ask:

1. Can I use it in my commercial games?

2. If not then where can I officially download (or buy) it?

IF you had obtained them by preordering, then yes, you would be able to use them commercially.

Your friend is in the wrong giving them to you.  Because you didn't obtain them by a valid method, you shouldn't even be using them if your game was free.

You will just have to wait and see if/when there is a way for you to get them.  At the moment, I don't believe there is.
