Is there any way to do this seamlessly?

Or do I have to go battleback by battleback, editing one by one in Paint.

Thanks in advance :)

Added some tags.

And found a quick solution! A resource pack with all the RTP files in glorious 640x480.

Sharing for all those looking for this.

You have to edit the pictures externally, but don't use MS Paint. Go at least to GIMP or paint.net if you don't want to purchase an image program - MS paint has several critical limitations (like no transparency support and no layers) that makes working with it extremely difficult and time-consuming.

Oh yeah, that I found out! MS Paint is bad for that, luckily I found a quick solution, someone had all the RTP battlebacks already stretched to 640x480 for download in the Steam Workshop. I added a link in my original post. Can this be marked as resolved.

Thanks again!

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
